Breakfast at Yarrandabbi Dreaming is an extravagant experience, served on the guests deck at separate tables overlooking the pool and Moreton Bay. A gourmet affair that changes daily, we use the best of locally available produce, including fruit and vegetables from our own organic orchard and gardens. Weekend breakfasts are events to relish and remember.

Join us at the end of the day at our Sundowners Bar, enjoy a casual drink from our selected range of wines and spirits, while you relax, watch the sunset and decide where you will dine for the evening.

A separate guest lounge with a kitchenette, tea and plunge coffee making facilities and guest refrigerator is available. Relax in the lounge after dinner and enjoy complimentary Port and chocolates before retiring.

Here you may choose to play cards, chess, etc, wtih your friends if you have come in a group. A large dining table and chairs are provided. An extensive library of books, magazines, movies and CDs are also available.

Our guests'own entertaining terrace and BBQ is adjacent to the pool where you may prepare your own lunch or dinner at your leisure. Alternatively, should you choose to eat out, the island offers a selection of clubs, a hotel and a restaurant. All offer courtesy transport to our guests. There are also takeaway options, most offering delivery.

Macleay Island offers many activities and pastimes to make your stay memorable. The island website www.macleayisland.net has more information. Why not try some of the following:
Take one of our bicycles or 2 person canoe and explore the island and Bay. Take the inter-island ferries and explore the other Islands by foot or on bike. Go bird watching. Macleay Island has over 200 species of birds Try your luck at fishing. We can provide gear and bait Hire a boat and explore the bay Walk or cycle the Macleay Island Heritage Trail Play a round of golf or a game of bowls Visit the Island's Pottery and Art Gallery Charter a bay launch with skipper for a day's fishing (from $200 for 2) or to explore Moreton Bay's many islands and shores; dugong, turtle and dolphin are commonly seen.
