  • Eggs Benedict. Poached egg on an English muffin, smoked ham and hollandaise sauce
  • Mushrooms pan fried with tomato and a touch of balsami vinegar, feta cheese on toasted Turkish bread
  • French Toast with bacon, sliced banana and maple syrup
  • Buckwheat pancakes with banana, vanilla yoghurt and blueberries (gluten free)
