Check-in is from 2pm but Guests should advise if arriving after 6pm. Late Check-in available until 8.30pm.

Unfortunately we do not cater for babies or children in the B&B Retreat, we are a couples retreat only.


When booking the Macleay Island Holiday Home option as one group, a maximum of 2 respectful and responsible children about 11 years and over are welcome. 16 years and over they are considered to be adults. Our beach front is not fenced therefore unsafe for young children.


GIFT CERTIFICATES can be personalized and be for a cash value towards accommodation or for the full cost of one or more nights.

Payment Policy

MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT cards are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club cards. Payment may also be made using PayPal, or by direct credit into our Westpac Bank account.

For B&B bookings: A deposit of 1 night's accommodation cost is required with the balance of payment being due on checking out please. Bookings for December, January, Public Holiday Weekends and Easter time; payment of 50% of accommodation cost is required to secure a high season reservation. Two nights minimum stays are required for Peak periods. 

For Holiday Home bookings: 50 % of the total cost is required please at the time of making the booking. The balance is due please 2 weeks prior to checking in.


We strongly advise that Travel Insurance be purchased to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

As a small property, cancellations affect us greatly. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel any part of your reservation, the following applies:


Cancellations of Holiday Home booking for December, January, Easter and Public Holiday weekends. Transfers of deposits to an alternative booking date, within 4 months will happily be arranged. This will attract a $30.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 8 weeks prior to arrival will forfeit the payments made unless we are able to relet the home.


Cancellation of a B&B booking within 2 weeks of arrival - forfeit the 1st night's deposit. (Transfers of deposits to an alternative booking date may be arranged) 


Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks before arrival attract a AUD20 administration and banking/credit card charges fee only.


No shows will be charged the full amount of the booking


By our confirming a reservation and by a guest paying a deposit, the guest accepts the cancellation terms and conditions.


Please note that Online Booking Agencies, such as Expedia,, AirBnB, etc., may apply their own Cancellation fees and charge us commissions for their ‘lost revenue’.

Negligent or malicious damage to, or theft of, Yarrandabbi Dreaming property and decor will be charged to the guests credit card account at full replacement cost.
